The Masters Degree Program in Clinical Investigation is a training program based on a strong infrastructure of courses, seminars and skill-acquisition workshops for patient-oriented researchers to conceive, design and conduct independent clinical research in a well-structured cross-disciplinary team environment.

Overview of Program

The Masters Degree Program in Clinical Investigation is a formal, multidisciplinary training program to provide fundamental clinical research skills to those pursuing long-term clinical investigative careers. This program offers the option of two tracks for enrollment: a Certificate in Clinical Investigation in one year or a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Investigation in two years.

The Certificate program is comprised of a wide array of core curriculum classes in clinical research. The second year of the Masters degree program track provides clinical research experience through a mentored clinical research project conducted in the General Clinical Research Center. Supplementary to the core curriculum, scholars pursue specific clinical interests through electives.
